They collaborate with giants such as Google Ads Western Union TikTok and Facebook providing exemplary assistance on a daily basis to address the problems encountered by customers.
Your responsibilities include.
Handling incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or needing support in resolving various types of problems (first line of contact with the customer).
Effectively identifying needs and matching appropriate solutions for company customers.
Escalating complicated problems to other departments within the company for efficient resolution.
Requisitos Fluent in Polish (at least C1 level).
Proficiency in English at a communicative level (at least B2 level).
Reside in Lisbon or be willing to relocate.
Strongly developed communication skills in both speech and writing.
