Your profile.
Swiss German C1/C2 level language skill Ability to work independently and/or in a team Problem solving-skills Good communications skills (both verbal and written) Positive attitude Ambitious Your Tasks.
Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding the reservations and attending potential requests Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
What we offer you.
Base Salary of € Gross per 14months or € Gross per 12 months + Performance Bonus of 120 EUR + Meal Allowance (NET) 7.
