Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist.
Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions; Troubleshooting regarding orders deliveries payments and returns; Provide information about digital products; Rerouting of issues to other departments.
Requisitos The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker (C2) with communicative English skills of at least B2 level.
