Assist customers via phone email and chat on all their queries related to their subscription invoicing troubleshooting Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
Deliver a high quality of service to ensure a superior customer experience.

You are a native French speaker and have min B2 level in English You are already based in Portugal You are motivated and committed to your work Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus Benefits Whats in it for you 6 months contract Work from home position Working hours.
Monday to Sunday to Rotational Salary package.
895 gross / month x 14 months up to 100 / month performance bonus meal vouchers of 7.
/ workday reimbursement of some transportation cost Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months) Start date.
