CUSTOMER AGENT FOR TAXI APP (DUTCH/FLEMISH SPEAKER)

Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be.
Being a mentor to consumers in different fields (there are several projects) Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers in the way you are the most confident with.

Working Hours.
Full time (40h/week, 8h/day) in rotative shifts (Mon-Sun, 7 AM – 9 PM) Training.

You have 2 options.
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included).
€ gross/month Excluding accommodation.
€ gross/month (*) Compensation during training period if successful (5-20 working days).
50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes).
