Descrição Gérer les demandes entrantes du service client et fournir une assistance efficace en français et en espagnol; Résoudre les problèmes des clients et répondre à leurs questions de manière précise et opportune; Collaborer avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer la satisfaction globale du client; Maintenir des registres précis des interactions avec les clients et des solutions apportées; Identifier les tendances et les problèmes récurrents des clients pour proposer des solutions proactives.
Perfil ideal Diplôme universitaire; Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des postes similaires; Maîtrise du français et de l'espagnol, à l'oral comme à l'écrit; Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite; Capacité à résoudre les problèmes et à travailler sous pression; Sens aigu du service client et orientation vers les résultats; Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de support client; Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
