Position Description.
• Good hands-on understanding and troubleshooting experience of Azure IaaS Landscape.
• Expert level understanding of Azure Resource Manager Templates, Azure Virtual Machines and VM Image creation • Good understanding of Networking in Cloud Environment.
VNets, Subnets, Load Balancer, Firewall Rules.
• Hands-on experience in using SQL • Good Understanding of Active Directory Concepts and role of Group Policies in Enterprise Landscape • Working knowledge in PowerShell • Accountable for resilience and availability of RPA platform.
Drive and resolve the complex landscape issues in coordination with Business, Tool Vendors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Identify and suggest landscape challenges and tradeoffs.
• Define, Manage and evolve enterprise grade RPA platform.
• Participate in evolving Robotics lifecycle standards towards higher maturity.
Ensure the Bots are following the standards and guidelines before it is promoted to production environment • Drive the issue resolution by taking ownership of the issues and communicating to the stakeholders and should be a good team player.
• Continuously demonstrate the behavioral imperatives and Leadership Attributes in all activities and engagements.
Requirements.
• Minimum 5-8 years of strong cloud system administrator working experience with at least 3 years experience in troubleshooting experience of Azure IaaS Landscape.
• Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management • Hands-on experience in using Azure PaaS SQL • Candidate should have good knowledge on usage and troubleshooting issues w.

• Good understanding of Networking in Cloud Environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and drive suitable solutions • Strong appetite for learning and train others on RPA tools and technologies • Should be Az-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certified.
• Certification in AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator is highly appreciated • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate with clarity and build strong working relationships.
• Good communication skills and Fluent in English.
• Experience on BluePrism/ABBYY/Power Automate/Celonis application will be an added advantage Changes / Configuration • Request Management; Execute standard Requests • Change Management; Assess/Implement configurations and enhancements • Business processes.
Configure applications for business processes.
Work as one team with business support teams and Vendors to ensure seamless delivery and solutions according to support model.
• Release Management.
Ensure impact analysis is done on the integrating applications and technologies for periodic technical and/or content releases of solution.
Ensure proper communications are sent and trainings delivered through the business support teams.
• Supportability.
ensure changes, configurations and project deliverables/solutions are successfully delivered into RPA landscape by following standard guidelines and rules.
