Description: About WebhelpWebhelp is a French multinational BPO company that is making business more human for the world’s most exciting brands. By choosing Webhelp, you will be part of a community of over 120,000 game-changers from more than 140 locations in 60 countries.Join us at Webhelp and you will have the opportunity to be part of a multicultural team, a fast-paced environment, and a diverse pool of engaging projects for some of the most progressive B2C and B2B brands worldwide. What you’ll be doing at WebhelpAs an Italian-Speaking Advisor for the World’s Best Search Engine, you will:Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case informationAssure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documentedCollaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets Requirements: We’ll be a great match if you:Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical usersDemonstrate patience when communicating and solving issuesKeep up with the latest IT and tech-related trendsAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team playerIf you feel you don’t check off every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply either way.
