Heading Ocean Freight, Project Cargo and Cross Border shipment in Nippon Express Bangladesh. I guided & Trained team to pull out maximum effort. Besides reducing operational cost is our ultimate goal keeping good quality service…

Project Cargo:

Lead a team who handled FUDO & TREVI Project, Steel Wire Rope through Tokyo Construction in which most of the cargo was Heavy lift equipment like Base machine, Crawler etc.  Also I handled IHI shipment which was over Dimensional Turbine for Max Power Limited. Besides, The construction of Kanchpur, Meghna, Gumti Bridges and rehabilitation of existing bridge Material for incorporation into Permanent works Steel Pipe sheet piles which was belonging to Nippon Steel & Sumikin Bussan Corporation under KMG Project.

a.	Negotiate Rate and Service with Subcontractor
b.	Actively participates in formulating the RFQ/RFI’s and ensures that are attended on time on successful closure
c.	Coordinate with Subcontractor and settle Grant Chart before starting the project
d.	Visit Government offices to maintain liaison for different projects
e.	Engaged with custom clearance and commercial job of Nippon Express Customers, such as custom assessment of cargo at all port, advising local and international customers regarding their shipping documents (Like L/C, Government permission, HS Code, Rules of VAT & AIT regarding imported items etc.).
f.	Assist and guide team for obtaining Import Permit
g.	Assist and guide team for taking Approval for Temporary or Permanent Importation
h.	Assist and guide team for arranging Bank Guarantee or Payment of Custom Duty and Payment of port as well as shipping charges 
i.	Coordinate with team to visit CY Yard, Cargo condition and unloading area inside Chittagong or Mongla.
j.	Arrangement Surveyor for inspection of the operation
k.	Kick of Meeting with all concerned parties like CY operators, Crane Operators, Stevedores, Trailer Owners, Inspectors and subcontractor.
l.	Assist and guide team for Checking Dunnage, Lashing & Securing of the cargo
m.	Ensure Taking Photos before unsnuffing from containers/Trailer during operation and after
n.	Ensure Keeping proper record and informing consignee about delivery
o.	Reports performance to the client (Local & Foreign) as directed by the SOP. 
p.	Provides reports on weekly/monthly/ annual basis or as required
q.	Assist and guide team for Releasing Bank Guarantee in case import cum export shipment.
r.	Negotiate with Vessel Operator and CPA for Vessel berthing as per project on time closure.
s.	Assist and guide team for Documentation and Invoicing in time
t.	Arrange COO as per client requirement

Cross Border:

Handled YKK, Bangladesh Honda Ltd (BHL) Cross Border shipment from India to Bangladesh. 

	Follow up Dl receiving along with loading pictures from Gurgaon, lndia within 2 days after departing shipment from YKK India/BHL/Suzuki.
	Follow up with Team to send D/I to YKK Bangladesh/BHL by email for arranging Import permission, L/C Copy and other docs (if required). 
	Collecting Docs from YKK Bangladesh/BHL once Docs are ready.
	Ensure that Team immediately sends docs to our Benapole Agent to start Customs Entry.
	Coordinate with Bongaon office to get right information in right time regarding Vehicle status.
	Immediately inform both YKK Bangladesh and India (BHL) in case Truck does not get serial within 2 days in Kalitola 
	Ensure unloading from Indian Truck to our Benapole CFS right away and Store till loading onto our Cover van. 
	Ensure taking photo and share both India and Bangladesh office to reconfirm goods are in sound condition. Immediately inform both YKK Bangladesh and India (BHL) in case any Missing or damage cargo.
	Generally Indian Truck unloads at CFS during evening time. In that case cargo is loaded onto Truck next day.
	Ensure Truck or Cover van is reached at YKK/BHL as per client’s schedule time to avoid demurrage charges.
	Ensure sending picture and update monitoring sheet to India office after delivering the goods to clients (YKK/BHL) premises 

Ocean Freight:

Major Export clients are Uniqlo, Itochu, TS Tech, and Nakano while Major Import clients are Op-seed, YKK, Sheltech Ceramics, Rahimafrooz and BMW etc.
