Finance manager / head of finance

Integrated in the Corporate Planning & Controlling department, has as its mains focus:
	In charge for the monthly consolidation for the companies included in the consolidation perimeter (+/- 60 companies);
	Preparation of the monthly reporting to the board, including information such as:
	Consolidation Results;
	Consolidated Working Capital;
	Consolidated Cash Flows;
	Net debt;
	Projects related with Consolidation, such as Purchase Price Allocations (M&A), Restructurings or impacts of new IFRS in the Group;
	Budget Consolidation on a year basis;
	Support for the budget’s and forecast’s elaboration;
	The support to the Group Companies, included in the consolidation, in matters of:
	Deadlines for the Group Reporting;
	Technical support regarding IFRS;
	Technical support regarding consolidation procedures;
	Improvement issues for the next Group Reporting;
	The preparation of the Group Financial Statements (interim and year-end);
	The validation and support of the monthly closing of the Group Companies;
	The support to the several internal departments in accounting and tax matters;
	Update of Accounting and Consolidation Policies;
	In charge for the management of a team of 2;
	The support in the several tax and financial audits.
