- Responsible for maintaining all compliance requirements;
- Monitor the performance of the local teams, identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures;
- Accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of services;
- Staff the respective service teams and team of direct reports;
- Supervision of local Shared Services Accounting to timely and accurate report to Portuguese authorities and to Webasto Group as required for IFRS GAAP closing; 
- Ensure that company’s Portuguese entity financial practices are in line in statutory regulations and legislation; 
- Coordination of budget, forecasts and monthly reporting of the local Shared Service;
- Oversees local Shared Services accounting function, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management / reconciliation, financial reporting and balance sheet management, especially working capital items.
