Civil engineer coordinator

	Responsible for the day-to-day coordination of civil work-related activities.
	Organize internal meetings to develop feasible work schedules. 
	Develop progress reports, revise plans, and maintain records.
	Assign tasks to team members and follow up on the work progress.

	Carry out regular inspections to provide technical advice and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control.
	Verify and approve interim payments submitted by contractors.
	Generate proposals for construction procedures/techniques to increase the efficiency of operation.

	Communicate effectively with project managers and initiate deliverables as per the schedule.
	Develop test plans and carry out quality standard assessments in the presence of the clients.
	Ensure a continuous supply of resources on project sites by following up on the procurement process. 
	Participate in the preparation of financial and technical tender documents.

	Oversee construction progress, develop, revise work schedules, and make project budget estimations.
	Define and assign responsibilities to team members and provide technical supports.
	Ensure safety standards and quality standards are implemented

	Develop and revise work schedules and follow up on the work progress accordingly and prepare progress reports.
	Evaluate the productivity of team leaders based on progress made and provide support and technical advice.
	Check quantity measurements on-site, verify and approve payments for sub-contractors and maintain filing system.

	Prepare reports, monitor, and evaluate daily work progress of the construction works.
	Develop inspection and test plans for standard quality tests in compliance with the technical specification.
	Verify and approve payments submitted by contractors.
