Senior civil engineer

Between 2012 and 2017 I was the head of the technical team of civil engineering.
From 2018 onwards, I will no longer be a partner and will continue to provide consulting services, working outside the L&M office.
Below is a brief summary of my professional duties.
- Technical team coordination;
- Development of training for designers using Autodesk Civil 3d software;
- Implementation of productivity and quality methodologies for road projects;
- Owner's engineering, developing project and supervising executive projects and work;
- Formulation of proposals for renewable energy auction;
- Due diligence consultancy for wind farm, solar and PCH;
- In 7 years, more than 8 Gb of renewable energy were deployed, designing and supervising;

Noronha Engenharia was one of the largest consultants in the infrastructure sector in Brazil, responsible for the projects of Maracanã Stadium, Rio de Janeiro - Niteroi Bridge, main highways in Brazil and had the honor of participating in major projects, such as those listed below.
- Development of training for designers using Autodesk Civil 3d software;
- Formulation of technical proposals for road and rail projects;
- Executive project of roads and infrastructure for courtyards at the Capuaba Pier of the Port of Vitória / ES;
- Executive project and technical follow-up on the Via Transoeste BRT lines for construction company Norberto Odebrecht;
- Executive projects of the Manguinhos Viaduct, Avenida Brasil, Bonsucesso Viaduct, Abolição Viaduct, Salvador Allende Viaduct, Avenida Ayrton Senna and Parks
Linear, all located in Rio de Janeiro / RJ, for construction companies OAS, Carioca and Odebrecht;
- Executive project of roads in the port area of CSN, Itaguaí, located in Rio de Janeiro, for the construction company Liderança;
- In 1 year and 8 months, over 35km of roads, 12 viaducts and dozens of proposals were designed.
My specialties are earthworks, drainage, geometric road and rail projects, road signs and pavements.

At I.M. Engenharia, for 3 years and 8 months, I had the opportunity to work with challenging projects, were designed over 100 km of roads, 300 km of railway and monitoring of 2 major works, see the brief summary below.
- Executive project of earthmoving and drainage of the substation installation platform of Viana / ES, besides the access road;
- Executive project of the intersection for access to the condominium Alphaville da Serra / ES;
- Implementation of productivity and quality methodologies for road projects;
- Supervision of the implementation of the largest marble and granite processing industry in the E.S., for Antolini do Brasil Pedras Naturais. There were 280,000 m² of covered area;
- Executive projects of rail infrastructure and superstructure for the Tubarão Complex, totaling 27.5 km of railway line, to Vale in Vitória / ES;
- Supervision of executive project and topography of the Duplication of Carajás / São Luis Railway, to 250 km, for the construction company Norberto Odebrecht;
- Technical Feasibility Study / Project of the Southern Coastal Railway, between Ubú and Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, in the E.S., totaling 70 km, for the Centro Atlântica Railway;
- In 3 years and 8 months, over 100 km of roads, 300 km of railroad and two major works were designed;

During 3 years at Construtora Contek I had the opportunity to enrich my knowledge in monitoring infrastructure works, coordinating the topography teams, technical responsible for earthworks, paving and drainage work measurements, of some works listed below.
- Implementation Industrial Avenue, in Serra / E.S. (12 km);
- Duplication of Avenue Norte Sul, in Vitória / E.S. (15 km);
- Duplication of the Contorno de Vitória highway, in Serra / E.S. (50 km);
- Urbanization of the neighborhoods of Serra / E.S. (120 km of roads);

The 5 years of production engineering training was extremely important for my professional evolution, because despite having a very good technical base, my management skills were still lacking. The most relevant discipline was Process Engineering and Production Planning and Control.

The 4-year course was the basis for my professional education, with disciplines focused on topography practice and theory, for road area, enabling for geometry, drainage, paving and signaling projects.
From an early age I worked in the technical area, in the first year of the course I was already working as a surveyor and throughout my training, I had other professional experiences that were exceptional to the professional I am.
