I optimised the turns program of emploies witch is still used in Norauto. I raised the salles to 150%. I tought
mecanics to use Bosch EsiTronic and tester KTS650, other devices and testers

I provided the Technical support for mechanics electricians, receptionists and Warranty
receptionist, kept the relation with Italian BuilderTechnical Support, as well as Coreean and American
Tech Department. I used both Italian and English languages. I was doing the testing for technical
Feedbacks, I prepared the feedback reports for three fabrication mistakes, two in AlfaRomeo 159 Mjtd
(intake swirll valves and windshield roumors) and one in SSangyong Kyron ( parasite current in MAP
signal wire from Injectors wiring). In 2008 I wrote to Technical Advisor of FIAT Group President about
heavy problems in E-Per and Tech site web Programs and the diificulties in collaboration with Warranty
Department for Estearn Countries, fact that led to a lot of changes toward good understanding of web
sites and a good collaboration with After Sales Departments. In 2009 November I resigned, following a
discution about the delivery of a new Punto, with too much oxide on Body Computer's procesor, without
changing the Body computer, thus puting in great danger the safety of passangers. 

Allaround workshop coordination, starting receptioniosts, engineers for technical consultancy and warranty and MOT offices. I resigned because the Romanian way of nepotism and protectionism managing is not compatible with the rigidity of German system  .

Self employed at my own Autoservice in Satu Mare. Team of 8 mechanics. Cars testing, electronics fixing, engine rebuilt, we provide all type of mechanic repairs less Bodyshop. We prepaired and registered Rally cars for N and H Groups, and in 1999 started with Classic Cars Restoration, too. Two days per week I was making trips in two cities ( Zalau and Baia Mare) to suport some Autoservices there and prepare their mechanics and electricians. After my father's past away, I stoped activity in Satu Mare and returned to Bucharest to stay with my mother for a while, but in 2006 I brought all my family too, for kids future.

Manager of all Regional Automotive ACR Services and lider of Central Service in Satu Mare, National and International Technical Scrutineer of Romanian Automobile Federation. Achievements: regional - I have raised mechanics level of knowledge and skills, from old cars fixing at level of new technologies in computer control systems, I brought the level of service gear (tools, devices, testers) at that days requests. Central- took it from a deficit of 6000 $ with 5 mechanics and 6 entries/day, invested others 3000 $, brought it in 8 months at 18 mechanics in two turns with 30 entries/ day and a plus of 8000$. In the service, we fixed and prepared N Group Rally cars, as Peugeot 205, Lancia Delta, Vw Golf 2 Rally. I left for starting my own business.
