Civil engineer

 Following up on all works in the building I am responsible for
 Sending inspection requests for consultant and following up
 Logistic works (ordering needed material for site works)
 Following up on all subcontractors working in different trades
 Synchronizing all site works with MEP works

 Monitoring Drilling and excavation of Monoshafts, piles, and shallow foundation to be sure they are done according to design and specifications.
 Provide daily documentation and written record as to the progress, problems, inspections, and other items that reflect the progress.
 Make sure all works of investigation and reporting and testing of any kind is done according to international regulations and specifications.
 Geotechnical inspection and mapping of 3m diameter piles (Monoshafts).
 Checking rock socket lengths in piles and checking drilling’s conformity with design.
 Classification of rock material and strength of rock in Monoshafts.
 Cavity probing (working on geobox to analyze rock depth and strength, and find cavities).
 Overlooking of Pile Integrity Tests, sonic tests, trial pits, O-cell tests and soil improvement works.

 Site supervision and management.
 Preparing daily reports, requests for information, field inspection requests, and data sheets.
 Managing paper works and submissions and following up on site requirements.
 Managing all resources coming in and out of site.
 Preparing monthly payment certificate, manpower rates, and machinery rent.
 Performing tests required by the contract documents and/or as part of systems operations. Verify the results, providing documentation.
 Monitoring construction to make sure any structure is built according to design and specifications.
 Provide daily documentation and written record as to the progress, problems, inspections, change orders, construction changes, shop drawings, products and other items that reflect the progress.
 Provide records of any occurrence that might result in a claim for a change order
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety regulations and guidelines
 Preparing as-built drawings
 Communicating between designers, main contractor, and management for better work results or for problem solving.
