Already having the AI code, your responsibility lies in getting these components working in unison and deploying everything on AWS Lambda for serverless hosting.
Key tasks for the AI Agent.
- Answer common customer queries - Escalation to human agents when necessary - Dispensing information about our products/services Noteworthy.
- The AI is coded in Python, so a solid understanding of this language is essential.
- Experience with Twilio API integration and AWS Lambda hosting will be beneficial.
- A robust understanding of serverless architecture is sought-after.
- Expertise in AI and natural language processing will be a major plus.
In summary, I need a skilled, knowledgeable coder who can put all these factors together and offer a smarter way to handle customer interactions.
