Our goal is to implement a solution that allows our team and potential customers to quickly find the perfect tour package from our extensive database of tour package options, based on specific criteria such as number of days, countries, and cities visited.
**Project Requirements:** - **Custom Chatbot Development:** Develop a chatbot capable of understanding and processing user inputs on tour dates, countries of interest (or cities) The chatbot should be able to handle multiple parameters and return the most relevant tour package suggestions.
- **Database Integration:** Seamlessly integrate the chatbot with our existing database of tour packages to query and fetch data in real-time.
- **User Interface:** Provide a simple and intuitive interface for both our customers and staff to interact with the chatbot across our website and potentially other platforms.
- **Direct Linking:** Implement functionality for the chatbot to offer direct links to the suggested tour package details, enabling users to access the information or make a booking with a single click.
**Skills and Experience Required:** - Proven experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong background in programming languages suitable for chatbot development and database integration (e.
., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
- Experience in integrating chatbots with websites and possibly other customer interaction platforms.
- Ability to work closely with our team to understand our database and operational needs.
