A sua nova função O profissional a recrutar terá como principais responsabilidades.
Elaboração de propostas para clientes; Qualificação de leads de campanhas de marketing como oportunidades de vendas; Contactar clientes através de cold/warm calls; Desenvolver ações de retenção de clientes e conquistar antigos; Report dos resultados de vendas ao head da área; Identificar necessidades do cliente e sugerir serviços mais indicados.
O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Procuramos alguém que reúna os seguintes requisitos.
Ensino secundário completo (obrigatório); 1 ou 2 anos de experiência em inbound e/ou outbound calls; Demonstrar capacidade de orientação para cliente e resolução de problemas; Boas competências a nível de conversação e persuasão; Bons conhecimentos de Excel e CRM (preferencial).
