TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST REMOTE 12 MONTH CONTRACT

About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a Maternity Contract.
This is a workfromhome role open in Portugal.
The successful candidate will need to be based in Portugal.
The base salary for this position is euro.
You will receive a 20 eur a month internet allowance.
The meal allowance is 7.
per day.

You will report to the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager and will be responsible for managing the initial recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitmentand and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Fluency in English is essential for this role.
Tasks Partnering with Operations Leads to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
Source screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards social media referrals and direct sourcing.
Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process and a great candidate experience.
Facilitate the selection process by presenting candidates to the hiring managers and gathering feedback.
Help Build and drive the overall recruitment strategy.
Manage and report on recruitment metrics to the rest of the business Continuously find new ways to improve the recruiting process The roles youll be hiring for Primarily youll be recruiting Customer and Technical Support Agents to support our Partners customer bases.
Our Partners are often start up or scales up businesses in industries such as Healthtech Fintech Aviation and ecommerce.
Youll be hiring for roles that are based in Ireland and Portugal.
Requirements Previous experience as a Recruiter and HR Administrator preferably in the BPO industry.
Demonstrated expertise in fullcycle recruitment including sourcing interviewing and assessing candidates.
Ability to create multichannel sourcing strategies.
Experience with building and implementing Recruiting processes and Employer Branding initiatives.
Focused on providing a bestinclass Candidate Experience Thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
