The project at hand entails providing support for one such service which happens to be the most popular video streaming website globally.
As a member of our multicultural team situated in Lisbon your role will involve delivering exceptional multichannel support to users of this service.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing support requests from Creators regarding their channels via email and chat with the potential for phone support in the future.
Your role will involve assisting Creators who generate revenue for our clients platform and receive revenue from it identifying their issues and promptly resolving them.
Possessing strong customer support skills and prior experience is crucial for achieving success in this role.
Qualifications A minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience is required preferably within B2C and/or B2B contact centers.
Previous experience in live customer support (phone chat email inperson etc.) is highly desirable.
Fluency in both written and spoken communication in Swedish is essential.
Proven ability to address customer needs effectively including active listening skills and proficiency in obtaining relevant information through probing.
Capability to manage challenging situations.
Deliver customer and technical support via chat and email channels (with potential future involvement in inbound phone support).
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed which may include evenings weekends and holidays.
