A Adecco Recruitment encontra-se a recrutar um Support Engineer / helpdesk (m/f/d) para cliente em regime 100% presencial, em Ovar.
Terás como funções Suporte aos utilizadores; Instalar e configurar hardware, software e periféricos; Configurar contas de utilizador, gerir backups, e-mails e acesso aos sistemas internos; Manutenção do parque informático; Detetar e diagnosticar problemas de rede; Solucionar problemas, rotinas de configuração e instalação de postos de trabalho; Identificar e corrigir falhas em sistemas operacionais, aplicativos e na infraestrutura de TI.
Requisitos Conhecimento e/ou experiência em administração de redes e sistemas Administração de servidores Linux (Ubuntu) e Windows Server (), incluindo instalação, configuração; Configuração de redes e segurança em sistemas operacionais, incluindo configuração de firewalls (fortigate), VPNs e políticas de acesso; Virtualização de servidores Hyper-V; Administração e configuração de Exchange Server.
Conhecimentos e/ou experiência em desenvolvimento de aplicações (full stack) Criar interfaces de utilizador interativas e responsivas usando HTML, CSS e JavaScript; Biblioteca de frontend ReactJs; Python, Django e Java; Bases de dados relacionais MySQL, PostgreSQL e SQLServer.
Conhecimentos de SAGE X3 e PHC (requisito preferencial).
