Youll undergo comprehensive training to enhance your skills for thriving in a professional contemporary fastpaced environment dedicated to excellence.
Responsibilities You will respond to customer inquiries through phone email or chat identifying their issues troubleshooting to find solutions documenting each step and categorizing cases and potential bugs for our clients engineering team to address collectively.
Additionally youll offer general and technical support to customers using any of our clients paid products and escalate complex issues following established procedures.
Qualifications A minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience is required preferably in contact centers within both B2C and/or B2B settings.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
Proficiency in Spanish both in writing and speaking is required.
Additionally a minimum B2 level of English proficiency in both spoken and written forms is necessary.
European nationality or possession of a Portuguese work permit is a prerequisite.
A proactive attitude and strong team spirit are expected along with organizational skills and the ability to learn new processes concepts and skills recognizing that operations are continually evolving.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurately efficiently and to a high standard are crucial.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage customer emotions and empathize with their situations.
Flexibility to work varying hours including evenings weekends and holidays is essential.
Shifts may span from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Sunday.
