- Être le premier sourire que nos clients entendent au téléphone et les aider à résoudre leurs problèmes avec style.
- Traiter les demandes des clients comme si elles étaient les tiennes, avec empathie et réactivité.
- Transformer chaque appel en opportunité de vente en partageant avec nos clients les dernières offres et services adaptés à leurs besoins.
- Travailler main dans la main avec les autres départements pour atteindre nos objectifs de vente et de satisfaction client.
- Garder un oeil sur les opportunités de vente émergentes et les transformer en actions concrètes.
- Rester à l'écoute des besoins de nos clients pour leur proposer des solutions sur mesure qui les rendront aussi heureux qu'un chat qui découvre un rayon de soleil.
Exigences.
- Tu es un champion du support client ou tu ressens lenvie daider les autres.
- Tu es capable danalyser, de diagnostiquer la situation et doffrir la meilleure solution.
- Votre maîtrise du français surpasse celle de vos conversations avec votre chat, et si vous êtes également fluent en "miaou", c'est un avantage apprécié.
- Tu es passionné par l'art subtil de l'accompagnement et tu as la patience d'attendre qu'un escargot termine un marathon.
- Tu disposes dun grand esprit déquipe mais tu sais travailler en autonomie.
