Your New Role The Scientist, Technical Service will support the existing portfolio through formulation development and sensory testing.
You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and providing sales support.
This person will have the authority to make decisions related to methodologies and research approaches.
As a Scientist, Technical Service you will be responsible for.
Direct interface with the sales team and customers to provide technical support and solutions.
Design new marketing data and formulations driven by customer needs and market trends.
Evaluate of sensory, stability, and efficacy performance of materials.
Present new data to the market via conferences, trade show speaking engagements and white papers.
What you will need to be succeed Bachelor’s degree in Life Science; +3 years’ experience in personal care formulating and/or ingredient testing; Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a strong capability for presentation creation, Project management software; Excellent communication skills, communicating clearly and effectively both written and oral across internal teams and other partners; Fluency in English - verbal and written.
What the Company can Offer you Whilst this role will be based at the Porto Hub, there will be occasions where you may be required to travel to other Elementis sites.
