This involves.
- Retrieving data from SAGE This process will require you to directly interface with SAGE and accurately pull the necessary data for the ticket flattening process.
- Merging Similar Work Tickets The main operation to be performed on the data retrieved is to flatten work tickets by merging similar operations.
This involves efficiently condensing the retrieved data by combining similar tasks into one operation.
- Pushing Merged Data Back to SAGE After the operations have been merged and condensed, the data should be pushed back into SAGE where it will be ready for production.
