Neste momento, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa com um/a Remote Service Engineer.
O que vais fazer.
– Garantir o funcionamento da operação, de modo a prestar suporte técnico remoto aos clientes nas diferentes plataformas de TI, como.
uso de sistemas, e-mail, impressoras, aplicativos e sistemas operacionais, hardware, entre outros.
Identificar e resolver problemas técnicos (hardware e/ou software).
– Efetuar a resolução de problemas via assistência remota.
– Instalar soluções que aumentem a segurança da informação e estabelecer um plano de contingência.
– Utilizar técnicas de atendimento ao cliente de forma a exceder as expectativas do mesmo.
– Dar feedback aos clientes e propor um conjunto de ações preventivas que evitem o aparecimento de problemas.
– Instalação e configuração remota das plataformas de monitorização (M2M) da Konica Minolta.
– Gerir o algoritmo funcional de processos automatizados (IDQM/DRMS).
– Gerir as plataformas de monitorização (CSRC e PrintFleet).
– Monitorizar as soluções dos clientes de forma a atuar preventivamente nas mesmas.
– Ministrar formação sobre utilização das máquinas.

– Ensino Secundário; – Conhecimentos em inglês; – Conhecimentos Microsoft office na ótica do utlizador; – Experiência na área de service Desk Remote (printing será preferencial); – Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
