Provide services for an American travel technology company that owns and operates travel fare aggregators and travel metasearch engines.
Over 3 million lodging facilities and flights on over 500 airlines are bookable on the company's websites.
It has employees, and its headquarters are located in Seattle, Washington.
Your Responsibilities.
Quick and effective assistance with hotel booking inquiries; Resolving queries on issues such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings and updates of existing bookings; Receiving complaints and dealing with them accordingly; Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments and any other customer concerns.
Requirements.
Fluency in German (must be at least C1) Communicative level of English (at least B2) You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate Ability to communicate clearly and effectively What you will gain.
