Our Quality Assurance Services are looking for a trainee to join their team and they are looking forward to meeting you! As a Quality Assurance Trainee, you will guarantee that Purchase Requests and Orders of different (COMPANY NAME) entities are completed with accurate and valid information, thus playing a key role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the processes.
In this new role, you will be responsible for.
* Purchase Order Handling.
Verify and validate all Purchase Order Requests according to the defined quality checking through the ARIBA MyBuy Portal and monitor delivery of missing information to complete the ordering process; * Purchase Order submission, change, and closing; * Yearly renewal of procurement contracts and quality checks during contract creation; * Handling of Order Confirmation submitted by our suppliers; * Support the team with email handling and phone calls Requerimientos del candidato/a.
You are a great communicator with a strong customer orientation and the ability to work independently and structure your work.
Furthermore, you are eager to learn new skills and help the team produce quality with a focus on completion.
You are best equipped for this role if you.
* Completed your Secondary Education (12º year) or any equivalent level; * Have an interest in the Finance field; * Have good knowledge of MS Office Tools; * Have a good command of English and basic German level (mandatory).
