This initiative focuses on providing support for one such service recognized as the worlds favorite video streaming website.
Youll join a diverse team in Lisbon offering exceptional multichannel support to users of this service.

Responsibilities Your role will involve managing support requests from Creators regarding their channels via email and chat with the potential for phone support in the future.
Youll be liaising with Creators who contribute to our clients platform revenue and benefit from it identifying their issues and providing assistance to promptly resolve them.
Proficiency in customer support and relevant experience are crucial for achieving success in this role.
Qualifications Candidates should possess a minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience preferably gained in contact centers operating within both B2C and/or B2B environments.
Experience in live customer support across various channels such as phone chat email and inperson interactions is highly desirable.
Strong proficiency in the language of support both written and spoken at a native level is essential.
Applicants should demonstrate their capability to effectively meet customer needs showcasing active listening skills and the ability to gather relevant information through probing.
An aptitude for handling challenging situations is required.
Responsibilities will include providing customer and technical support through chat and email channels with the possibility of future involvement in inbound phone support.
Flexibility in working hours including evenings weekends and holidays is essential.
