NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR

Position Description.
CGI Philippines is looking for a Network Administrator with at least 3 years of related experience.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
1.
Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions in respect of the Support processes 2.
Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB, etc.) and security solutions 3.
Senior level of operational support on.
- Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management, - Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for supports.
4.
Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components.
5.
Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
1.
Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
2.
Preferably CCNP Level and Palo Alto certified.
3.
Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, routing protocols configuration, and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.), LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP, etc.), QoS mechanisms, Wifi controllers and access points administration, Load Balancer (NetScaler).
4.
Security Administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy.
5.
Knowledge of Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage, etc.).
6.
Knowledge of ITIL framework.
7.
WAN Compression and Optimization appliances Riverbed.
8.
Telephony & Voice infrastructure administration (mainly Cisco).
9.
Must be amenable to work onsite 3 days a week in Alabang.
10.
Must be amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule.
