The person must be able to lead a staff of 3-4 and hold them accountable for performing their duties at a very high level. The person will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, the ability to focus in a distracting environment, unwavering integrity, results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.

Experience:
- Finance & Administration experience: 3 years (required)
- Leadership experience: 1 year (required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
- Real Estate market experience (plus)
- Customer Service experience (plus)
- P&L management experience: 1 year (plus)
Academic training: Bachelor's Degree (mandatory as a minimum)
Languages:
- Portuguese (required)
- English (required)
- Spanish (preferred)
IT Skills: Proficiency in Business Suites’ software (required)

Compensation: Salary + Annual Bonus + Growth Share Commissions
