Your responsibilities will primarily include.
- Troubleshooting hardware issues.
This will involve an ability to handle problems commonly occurring in computers, printers, and servers.
- Resolving software complications.
You should be adept at solving issues across different operating systems from Windows, Mac OS to Linux.
- Setting up network configurations.
Expertise in setting up and managing network setups is also required.
Expert knowledge and experience in handling hardware, software, and network issues is a must.
The ideal candidate should have a broad understanding of common issues in all the above-mentioned devices and operating systems, and be able to provide effective solutions promptly.
