1.
IT Assessment Portal This portal can be designed to allow technicians to enter and view data regarding client servers, PCs, and other equipment when on-site.
Features to Include.
• Client Details.
Ability to enter and retrieve information about the client, like name, location, contact details.
• Equipment Checklist.
A dynamic checklist for different types of equipment (servers, PCs, etc.) that technicians can fill out.
• Assessment Forms.
Forms for entering the condition and performance of each piece of equipment.
• Photo Uploads.
Capability to upload photos directly from the site.
• Reporting.
Generate reports based on the entered data, which can be shared with the client or used internally.
2.
Dynamic Quote Creation This feature will enable the creation of tailored quotes for clients, including images and detailed descriptions pulled from a database.
Features to Include.
• Client and Project Selection.
Choose a client and specific services or products for which a quote is needed.
• Item Database.
A database of all products and services, including descriptions, prices, and images.
• Quote Customization.
Ability to add, remove, or adjust items and quantities in the quote.
• PDF Generation.
Convert the final quote into a PDF format for easy sharing and printing.

Directly email the quote to the client from the app.

Work Order Management This tool will help manage tasks and ensure timely completion of work orders.
