Develop and maintain maintenance plans.
Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks.
Manage resources and ensure availability of equipment and materials.
Document maintenance activities and generate reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders and promote proactive maintenance.
Review work orders, equipment history, and maintenance reports to identify recurring issues, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze maintenance data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as equipment uptime, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
Stay updated with industry best practices, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to maintenance planning, and propose relevant improvements or initiatives.
Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and maintenance procedures.
We are looking for someone with… · Degree/Experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar and/or Relevant work experience in Opportunity to Cash.
· Fluency in French (speaking and writing).
Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other relevant software tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
