Du übernimmst die deutschsprachige Betreuung von Gaming-Kunden per E-Mail und Chat Du leistest Hilfestellung bei allen Fragen zum Account und den Zahlungsvorgängen Du unterstützt bei der Wiederherstellung und Änderungen von E-Mails, Telefonnummern und anderen Accont Informationen Du bearbeitest gehackte Accounts und sorgst für die Wiederherstellung von Charaktären Du beantwortest Fragen zu Token und pre-paid game cards Der Job ist perfekt für dich, wenn du über sehr gute Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift verfügst (mind.
B2) eine Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder Abitur / Matura abgelegt hast bestenfalls erste Erfahrungen in der Kundenbetreuung sammeln konntest Leidenschaft für das Thema Gaming mitbringst die Motivation hast für einige Zeit in Lissabon zu leben und arbeiten Das kannst du erwarten.
