Purpose of the role:

As a customer service representative, youll be helping travelers find, plan, and book their flight and/or hotel, ensuring a worry-free and efficient travel experience!

Responsibility

Greet and converse with clients customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner;
Turn customer inquiries into sales, using appropriate selling techniques to meet revenue and close rate goals;
Research travel rates, destinations, options and packages, accurately provide information and answer general travel and site related questions;
Track and report call types and service issues.
The great thing about this job is that you do not need any experience - they will train you in everything!

Who you are:

Fluent in German C1 + English B2 level
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of computer applications
Computer and mobile devices knowledge/tech savviness
