We are in search of an Italian Customer Service Order Manager with a minimum of 2 years of handson experience in customer service.
The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record of spearheading process improvement initiatives aimed at elevating both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As our Italian Customer Service Order Manager you will be entrusted with overseeing the endtoend management of customer orders ensuring a seamless process from initiation to fulfilment.
General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge.
Previous experience navigating ERP systems such as Oracle Agile and Salesforce is strongly preferred demonstrating a solid foundation in technical proficiency.
Exceptional written communication skills in English paired with proficiency in one other European language are essential to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.
A knack for problemsolving coupled with strong mathematical reasoning is crucial for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently within established timelines ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
Adept at multitasking and embracing change within a fastpaced environment with a keen eye for innovation.
Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and root cause issues facilitating informed decisionmaking processes.
Adaptability in dynamic work environments coupled with the ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
Basic proficiency in Excel is required to effectively manage and analyze data.
Upholds professional ethical and moral standards representing the company with integrity at all times.
