You will work in an international team with other technicians engineers and managers.
The aim of this project is to ensure the conversion of the individual systems of the partner and the technical support in the long term.
Tasks Proactive analysis of occurring errors and problems in support (2nd level support) Creation of documents like quickstart guides guidelines etc.
