IT Service Manager for DPAM (m/f) – Remote (Lisbon) What do you need to have.
Hard Skills.
• Between 3 to 6 years of proven relevant professional experience in global IT operations • Involvement in building IT solutions or operating IT solutions from a service perspective • Monitoring and reporting KPIs and setting up SLA concepts • Experience working with technical teams • Experience with service providers and management and monitoring of services • Cybersecurity knowledge • Knowledge in Azure and Kubernetes will be appreciated • Certification in ITIL is a plus • German speaker will be appreciated • Fluency in English Soft skills • Good communication • Team spirit • Proactivity • Time management What we can offer.
