The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in this field.
Key tasks.
- Email Management.
You'll be responsible for filtering, responding to and organizing my emails.
- Calendar Management.
You'll manage my appointments, deadlines and ensure my schedule is optimized.
- Data Entry.
Basic data entry tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate.
- Intermediate Experience.
An intermediate level of experience in virtual assistance is required.
This means you should have a strong understanding of managing emails, calendars, and performing data entry.
- Attention to Detail.
I need someone who's meticulous and can handle organizing data and schedules with high precision.
- Excellent Communication.
Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be interacting on my behalf with clients and partners.
I estimate the workload to be more than 20 hours per week.
