- Preferable background in Human Resources, Business Administration; or other related area - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Office - Excellent verbal and written skills - Creativity and Flexibility - Team work -Excellent attention to detail - Honest, dedicated and hard-working Training will be provided.
TASKS.
setting up new contracts and communicating all on-boarding documents to new employees contact for the candidate during the recruitment process to when they start in their new role.
Answering any day to day questions and liaising with Managers Maintaining data bases of applicants information and status-changes Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion Maintains quality service by following organization standards and evaluating feedback Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting introduction presentation Analyse and Report relevant information and improvement to manager.
WORKING HOURS.
35 hours per week LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE.
