Negotiable HR management (operational wise) along with a full commitment on the best practices for employee personal growth and development, ensuring that all immediate needs and procedures are met as well as actively participating in long-term HR strategy.
Your Responsibilities.
Lead recruitment and selection, admission and onboarding processes.
Carry out and coordinate HR administrative processes Participation in the development and implementation of strategies inherent to the employee's lifecycle, such as career management and evolution, employee development and growth and exit management; Ensure the well-being of employees and promote their engagement; Ability to analyze trends and metrics to propose and develop solutions tailored to each person and team; Training/courses/certifications related with "Happiness Management"n(a good plus, but not mandatory); Extensive knowledge of labor legislation English Level B2 Your Profile.
