Perfil ideal Mandatory Relevant experience and results in a team lead role.
Relevant experience and results in the Program/ Project Management role for Salesforce CRM (or similar solutions) consultancy services.
Relevant knowledge about support services best practices (ITIL or similar).
Relevant knowledge about managed services.
Salesforce CRM (or similar solutions) knowledge and experience.
Good communication skills (spoken and written) in English (C1/C2 level).
Availability to work in the CET time zone Valorized Certification in Project Management (PMI, Prince or similar).
Certification in Support Services (ITIL or similar) Certifications or experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Good communication skills (spoken and written) in Portuguese (C1/C2 level).
