Global Director of F&B – International Hostel Group Salary.

Remote I am recruiting a Global F&B Director to join a lifestyle international hostel group.
My client is recruiting for a F&B Director who is passionate, driven with an eye for detail.
We are looking for someone to oversee the strategy at a global level along with running a program for standards development.
About the venue and company Overseeing all the properties across the portfolio Lifestyle Hostel Group About the position Oversee the F&B strategy Scale F&B products and maintain global standards Develop initiatives and standardize them across the company Lead the F&B concepts across the group Monitor and analyse the guest experience and feedback Recruit and train F&B Directors for each country The successful candidate Experience working in a multi-site hospitality group A strong understanding of operations, forecasting and budgets Minimum of 8 years’ experience management experience in F&B Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile Strong negotiating skills Demonstrate a strong commercial and financial acumen Company benefits Competitive salary Bonus scheme Remote working Opportunity to travel If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv.
