We assist travelers in finding, planning, and booking their vacations or business trips, ensuring a worry-free and efficient travel experience. By working in multiple teams, we ensure that Expedia customers can connect with the right point of contact for any inquiries, enabling effective solutions.Providing telephone and written customer supportHandling new and existing bookings (service and sales)Professionally managing booking changes related to flights, hotels, rental cars, and other services, as well as addressing any other customer concernsOffering helpful and effective assistance in case customers require support during their travelsProviding customer support regarding hotels for various partner companies within the Expedia network (such as Hotels.com)Advising customers on hotel selection and bookingCreating suitable offers based on travelers' preferences and needs, and subsequently facilitating direct bookings. Requirements: German and English skills at C1/C2 level or native proficiencyExcellent communication skills paired with empathy and a team-oriented mindsetProficiency in PC usage required, multitasking abilities are desirablePrevious experience in a travel agency, hotel, customer service, or working with suppliers/general business partners is a plusHandle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentialityProactive, self-motivated, and a great team player**All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit.
