We assist travelers in finding, planning, and booking their vacations or business trips, ensuring a worry-free and efficient travel experience. By working in multiple teams, we ensure that Expedia customers can connect with the right point of contact for any inquiries, enabling effective solutions.Providing telephone and written customer supportHandling new and existing bookings (service and sales)Professionally managing booking changes related to flights, hotels, rental cars, and other services, as well as addressing any other customer concernsOffering helpful and effective assistance in case customers require support during their travelsProviding customer support regarding hotels for various partner companies within the Expedia network (such as Hotels.com)Advising customers on hotel selection and bookingCreating suitable offers based on travelers' preferences and needs, and subsequently facilitating direct bookings.
