GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT FOR BANKING COMPANY - LISBON

Are you fluent in German and want to work for the leading BPO worldwide, awarded as the best place to work in ? You will use your skills as Customer Service Agent and act as a point of contact for our banking company clients, in our offices in Lisbon.
You will provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency.

Manage incoming phone calls; Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication; Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools; Follow clients’ communication procedures and guidelines; Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Required profile.
Fluent, verbal and written in German; Excellent communication skills; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
