What you'll be doing at Webhelp As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor for Pharmaceutical Application, you will.
* Develop a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical app's features, functionalities, and capabilities.
* Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to clients using the pharmaceutical app.
* Collaborate with the sales team to support customer engagements.
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

* Have a high level of German (written and oral) C1 * Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit * Are familiar with Backoffice tasks * Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service * You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
