As a GermanSpeaking Customer Support Representative you will be the frontline ambassador for our company assisting Germanspeaking customers with their inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities.
Provide topnotch customer support to Germanspeaking customers via phone email and live chat.
Resolve customer inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure a positive resolution in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address complex customer issues and improve processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements.
Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer support or service experience is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Techsavvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
