Your ambition should be to deeply understand the company's product portfolio in order to convincingly communicate the key benefits of the product offering to potential clients.
We are seeking a strong communicator who can reach receptionists as well as CEOs and leave a positive impression on both yourself and the company.
You are a good fit for this role if you have a strong desire to excel in your professional career and are motivated by both individual and team goals and achievements.
As a Key Account Manager, your daily work will include tasks like these.
Be in charge of the company meetings/presentation and walking the sales through all the way to closing.
You actively manage existing customers, build trust, share and document best practices.
You review the effectiveness of the entire Customer Journey, and help customers overcome problems and achieve goals.
You coordinate the interaction and workflow of internal and external staff, including third party vendors, such as Technical Team, Marketing Team, Sales Team, and Inbound Call Center to ensure on-time project deliverables.
You will work with sales and marketing teams to secure customer references and create customer documentation and help page.
You will maintain our knowledge base so that appropriate information is always available to customers.
Your qualifications You speak and write German at a native level and native or C2 level of English, at least B2 in English (internal communication is in English).
3 years experience in a account manager position.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills, and you possess the ability to use available data sources to identify and reach potential customers.
You are proactive about giving feedback and going the extra mile to satisfy customers and to get feedback from them.
You are highly performance oriented, motivated, and you enjoy being a driving force in supporting the winning team culture.
