Our client is a renowned company located in Lisbon.
Tasks.
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers; - Managing pending situations.
exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues; - Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.

Who you are.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German; - Good undestanding of English; - Previous experience in Customer Service is valued; - Good computer and internet skills; - Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer oriented; - Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people living abroad; - Flexibility and resilience.
